How to book?
First off contact me by email or phone to check availability and discuss your requirements, then complete a booking form which can be found at the bottom of the page or by selecting Booking Form from the side menu. Please be sure to understand the terms of service and participation, as always, if in doubt drop me a line with any queries or thoughts. Payment is preferred through BACS after I have recieved your booking form, details will be provided.

Terms and participation
Terms of service
For bookings made within two weeks of the start date, full payment will be required. Further in advance, a £50 deposit will be required in order to secure a date and the balance paid prior to two weeks. Monies will then be held in trust until completion.
If you have to cancel after full payment no refund can be made. Cancellation insurance is recommended in case of this, which can be obtained from the BMC amongst others.

If I have to cancel a booking, fees will be refunded in full immediately.
In the event of unsuitable weather or conditions an alternative activity or venue may be organised, if that would be useful and enjoyable for the client. Failing that, the fee will be refunded, less the deposit which I will retain. This can then be redeemed against an alternative booking on another date.
Participants must beat least 18 years of age or be accomanied by their own parent or legal guardian.
Please read and then sign your acknowledgement the participation statement. This is all about having a common sense approach with personal responsibility.
